Banner Ad Pricing: How Much?

Hey guys, I really need a banner ad for my Indiegogo page. I've got 35 days and no one seems to want to tell me the price on banner ads or even how to get one. Can anyone help me here?

Thanks you, but I can do the banner, I just don't know how much it will cost to show it on DVXU and no one seems to want to say, so I'm just trying to figure out what to do. I got 30 something more days to raise $5000 or something near there to help fund this project and no one's really telling me what's up. A banner ad has helped others raise much more, so I'm thinking one could be useful in helping us raise $5000.
