Banding Issue on Youtube 4K Export from DaVinci Resolve

Hello chaps,
I have issue with latest clip rendered on DaVinci Resolve and uploaded on YouTube.
Low light parts looking good after export (whatever it is h264,dnxhr etc) but on YT I see horrible banding and blocking
Was trying to add luma grain, different codecs and settings - issue still exist. Exporting to 4K

Upload/test a part in the highest quality possible (uncompressed?).

If the same results exist then maybe the particular scene is too much for the compression algorithm (it's breaking it for whatever reason...usually a mixture of lighting and/or underexposure).

You could try dithering, and uprezing to 8K, so that YouTube will assign it a higher bitrate.
