Band Rocks Out On NYC Subway On Their iPhones

Atomic Tom, a New York based band was looking for a little exposure, and a subway full of commuters is the perfect captive audience. After having their instruments stolen, they turned to technology for an impromptu mobile gig.
Using their iPhones as instruments, the band rocked out to a small crowd of bewildered travelers.

I still like it, whether natural or not- especially the guitar app. It looks challenging (the keyboards too), as opposed to the drums.

Anything that gets a reaction on a subway is OK with me (even as that approaches cliche).

I was just in NYC 3 weeks ago, and am always amazed by the lack of eye contact or interaction- one exception being the guy with an upright bass on the subway, I ask him where he's playing, he says a free lunch concert at a church so I followed him to the concert (it's amazing how fast a New Yorker with a huge bass can move!)
