I want to recreate the feel of BOB main title design, the kind os frame balnding and slow motion, and all the textures above, scratches and all that, can some one help me with it, its for a music video. My main concern is the motion in my footage.

Imaginary Forces did that one, and it's actually a simple concept. Set your clips to low framerates so they stutter (10fps, etc). Move them around and fade ala Ken Burns. Use transfer modes (overlay, screen, etc). Create grunge clips and overlay those on top. Easy as pie. Bada boom.
