Contact Letus .. I'll wager they've been asked this question before.
I've put my Sony EX-1 on Zacuto baseplate with rails and SG Blade into a Think Tank Airport Acceleration backpack. Only problem is that I had to remove the dividers and lay the beast on its side and it leaves very little room for other gear.
Other than that, I haven't found a bag that will carry everything. The rigs land up being just a little too tall or too long for any bag that I'd be willing to carry.
Zacuto makes foam inserts for Storm/Pelican cases. They are very good. I have a basic one for my EX-1 without adapter. Love it. A Pelican case large enough to hold the rigged camera is quite large and heavy. I rented one and concluded that I'd rather assemble/disassemble my rig each shoot rather than move the damn case!
