bad power from socket, help

Hello,
I have a room where I shoot video that seems to have a noisy socket. I can hear the noise through my mixer and it finds it's way onto the tape. Can you recommend a good fix? A good isolator that I can connect the mixer to that helps with this problem? I need to use the power and I don't think it can be fixed (old building).

easiest thing to try is a ground lifter. then go to a humbucker for a lot more money.
