Backup for multiple hard drives?

Want to see how everyone handles having multiple hard drives with multiple projects? I have several smaller drives and a 500 which I intended to have a copy of each of the smaller drives on it, but can't seem to find software for this sort of backup, most seems to be to mirror your computer's internal drive. Any thoughts suggestions as to how to go about this before I start dragging and dropping? (As a starting point, I have: 60gb, 80gb, 120gb, 160gb, 300gb and 500gb)

how do you all handle your multi-hard drive systems?

are you going to make individual partitions for each of the smaller drives on your large drive? That's probably what I'd do then just use SuperDooper!

IU've never partitioned drives before, was just going to set up a folder to mirror each drive... can superDooper or Retrospect manage multiple drives simultaneously?

well superdooper isn't going to "manage" anything, its a free app and is great for duplicating an entire drive. I backed up multiple drives onto one larger drive, but it's not like I have all the drives plugged in all the time and I need software to take care of continually backing up..
