Backing up large files

[s-audio]

What is the best way or ways to backup a VEG file and all the media that goes with it?
I have veg file that is about 60 minutes plus and I'd like to save it out with all associated media.
If I print back to tape it is still to long and I do not have external hard drives that I could just store video on.

Just wondering what everyone else is doing.

Thanks.

I use Handy Backup. It costs around 50.00 and you can burn the file to DVD,
