backing up footage

what is the most economical way to backup about 150GB of quicktime files (each file is approx. 2GB).
DVD-R? IF so, is there a way to maximize the storage space of each dvd even if the quicktime movie file sizes doesnt allow for that? (ie. 2 2GB files is below the capacity of the dvd but 3 2GB filesa is above it, wasting some useable space)

or should i just get another hard drive.

thanks.

economical? A hard drive. 250GB for $70...and less time than burning. But, burning a DVD might last longer. Two files per DVD..but then that is a LOT of time.

Check out Nextag or even just go to Fry's or Best Buy- plenty o' cheapo drives out there with actually pretty decent components in them. Gotta love China.
