Background tint- Terminator 2

Hello:

I was woundering if anyone could reccomend me a cobination or tool i could use on Vegas 6.0 to make some footage i shot similar to that of Terminator 2 (the background tint blue). In T2 it seemed the footage overexposed blue and i thought it led to a neat looking result. I tried color corrector blue highlight but wasnt getting the affect i wanted (i am going to try to apply the color corrector a couple of time to intensify the blue more). If any one would have any suggestions on a good technique to do this i would really appreciate it.

It is done by lighting the subject with high temperature lights, right? I've created something similar myself using my cheapo fluorescent worklights.
 
Thanks for the reply's. Has anyone seen the movie "The Machinist" it also seemed to have a blue tint to the movie but it did not seem like it was done with lighting. if anyone seen that movie is that something i could do to my footage on vegas? would color corrector be the only way about going about it? any reply's i would be thankfull for.
