background support system

Just curious, is there any reason you would not recommend the Impact set to your client, i.e. is it flimsy or less than sturdy?
At some point in the future I will need one and had my eyes on that--just curious what your thoughts are.
 
It works, but it's not the strongest, and the knobs if you over tight can jam and seems like they can break too.
 
...good to know.
I already have a few of the Impact heavy duty 2 section stands. Might just buy a decent cross bar and material separately.
