background in viewer is white

I'm sure this is a VERY simple fix but how do you make the background go back to black in the viewer. somehow it switched to white. it's kind of annoying..

Load the SLUG from the from the button at the bottom right (don't recall the name of it, has the "A" symbol inside a film frame)
 
In the Viewer's view drop down menu (to the left of the TC window) make sure "RGB" is checked (as opposed to "Alpha" or "Alpha+RGB") and make sure "Black" is checked (as opposed to "White" or "Checkered").

adkimery thanks. you nailed it. it needed to go to RGB from alpha. the view was already set on black, that much I knew. thanks dudes.
