P ptalsky Veteran Sep 16, 2006 #2 Please read the stickies at the top. Lots of options for under $800 (BTW, what is your current shotgun that you purchased for $800?) You can also check eBay for good to great deals on used mics - I only paid $450 for my Sennheiser 416. Phil
