Azden 200UPR wireless DUAL LAV system

Thanks Exile,

I just "test" purchased the unit from BH. My first reaction to it was based on the weight of the receiver. With 6 AA (!) batteries it's pretty darn heavy and weighs down the DVX beyond what might be comfortable for handheld work. It also seemed a bit noisy as far as reception, but I have yet to use it in a real shoot. I'm planning to do it this weekend and will post my results.

I have a week to exchange this...what do you suggest would be the best system for lav'ing two people? I also looked at the Sennheiser G2 system...do I buy two of these, stack 'em together and tape to the camera?

sorry, but i dont suggest anything on budget bases only audio quality wise , probably the g-2 sounds better ( what not so hard over azden:-)), in any case the lav which come with it must go so at least you will hear normal audio .

So I went down and exchanged the Azden system for two Sennheiser G2s. The Azden was too noisy and not designed very well. I guess you get what you pay for!

Now you will just have to change the two lavs. I suggest the Countrymans having now played with them for a few weeks. Far better than the lavs that come with the G2's.
