yeah i saw that a couple of days ago. it's pretty sweet.

all i can tell is that the flash area becomes seamlessly larger when the effect starts. kind of like the flash ads that pop up in imdb. a feature of flash i suppose.

i wonder if filmmakers would make use of it.

I hate that commercial when it's on TV, but it's actually tolerable there.

Yeah, the applet can be programed to expand. Notice that the text is never highlightable when the video is playing.

Smart, cool, nice... also... question answered. The vimeo screen-shot is an illusion while the video is playing... the video was at full-screen before it appeared to be full-screen.

Strange... the first time I played it, it didn't work. Just looked like any other vimeo video. I came back and read the comments, then pressed "play" again, and it worked.
