Avoiding Hot Spots

Hello Everybody,
I'm here to tap the general sea of knowledge of all the homemade 35mm adaptor inventors. I'm working on my second adaptor which is medum format adapter based around a bronica lenses using a rotating gg. My question is what is the science to avoiding Hot Spots. My last adaptor was a static wax screen setup and with enough diffusion in the wax that there was a minimal amount of vignetting but it also killed tons of light. The new screens I'm working with are alot better with light but theres a problem with hot spots. I know with static setups many people use some type of fresnel lens, but when the gg is rotating or vibrating what can you do? Any help in this area would be wonderful. Thanks!

2 ways of evening out the hot spot/vignetting is to 1: Increase distance between GG and camcorder (a macro will most likely be needed to maintain focus) and 2: to use a PCX lens close to the GG.
