I understand the 18+ requirement, but what's with the 35 and under requirement?

I love this line in the "Eligibility" portion of the rules:

"Canadian winners may be required to answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question as a condition of claiming a prize."

Now I understand why Jarred moved here to the U.S. :grin:
