Avi cineform- your workflow

Hallo, could you describe your personal workflow in the use of avi cineform when you edit HDV footage?

I capture thru cineform into m2t to save time, then go back and convert m2t to cineform avi "high" I usually shoot 30p in my sony V1, edit progressive and so on, if I shoot 60i, then I still edit progressive. once files are converted just bring them into vegas and edit. I do use magic bullet looks, and another great plugin is from mike crash, I render usually avchd which is h.264, at 4-6 mbps 720p file, I also make an avi of my resulting clip so I can render that into flash.
