AVCHD or AVC Intra question for NOOB

Im Creating a simple graphics only tv commercial that I want to produce in 720P. Should I select AVCHD or AVC Intra in the project settings? Why one over the other- size, image quality? Which would you choose?

I have 2 Media Composers, but decided its finally time to learn Premiere CS4. Thought a GFX only spot with simple narration & music might be a good spot to learn on. Thanks for your help.
 
Just because you choose a particular sequence setting, it doesn't mean that what you put on it will be converted to that type of footage. All the sequence settings do is optimize the timeline for the frame dimensions, pixel aspect ratio, and audio needs of a particular kind of footage. You can use any footage on it.

In this case, because you're creating everything from scratch, just use whatever you're going to render it to (as noted above).
