Avc-intra to Premiere to After Effects on PC

I have a wad of green screen footage that I need to work on in After Effects. All the mac guys are saying transcode it to Prores HD but what do you do with a windows PC? What Codec should I export it out using the latest Premiere??
 
You don't. You would just import the Premiere project into After Effect, or send the footage into AE from the Premiere timeline using Dynamic Link, then send it back to Premiere when you're done.
 
Yes, this I've done. The problem then arises when I need to transfer the projects to my team to be worked on. Opening it up on a different machine without Premiere Pro doesn't work.
 
Well, Premiere doesn't have any intermediate codec included with it so you would have to render out as avi uncompressed.
