Over time I have seen a lot of post defending copyrighted material. if you don't own it , didn't shoot it etc it is not yours to use. Are the snippets of other peoples work used in avatars as animated gifs copyright violation? don't get me wrong....I don't really give a hoot, i was just wonering where it falls legally.

Well.....It wasn't my involvement with peddling southpark avatars in the "avatars for you to use" section if that's what your getting at.
To be honest, the train of thought that got me to the station has long since departed and since it only runs once a month there are no railroad employees to ask either. I guess you can put it down to another mino mental rambling session.

Mino, I was messin' with you 'cuz I've used the same avatar for nearly one year. Late last night I changed it for the first time, then today I read your post.
