Hey guys and gals. Sorry for the ultra newb, rookie ass question here, but what is the post limit or what is the magic deal I have to do to upload my own avatar?

I have read the regulations, searched the forums with the search tool and still have not found an answer to my question.

When I go to upload my avatar, it says,
  1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
  2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
So what's the deal here? It doesn't say what I have to to do to be able to upload my own avatar.

I wish I could just create my account, upload an avatar and be done with it, but now I have to bother you fine people with my little people questions.

So, what's the deal?

Okay, well, I figured it out. I guess it's on some sort of time basis or something (or a two post count limit).

Either way, I think that should be stated somewhere in the rules or something to prevent future threads like this from happening. Thanks for the help, guys.:violent5:

 Okay I just found the thread where it answers my question. Sorry. My bad.

I think it should still say this when you first try to edit your icon. Saves impatient people like myself from wasting everyone's valuable time. Please don't hate me for this.

Can we just delete this embarrassment to humanity and save me the shame of having brought this abomination of forum space to life, please?
