Which Fender are you using? We get a lot of use out of the PD-250, which used to be the biggest one they made (although I think there's a PD-500 now). They also used to make an expansion amp/speaker system, but I don't think they have that anymore. (I'd know more if my office wasn't underwater...)
To go bigger than that, you'd probably have to go away from an "all-in-one" system like the Fender and to a separate mixer/amp/speaker combo; you could possibly look at a powered mixer (with amp built in), but most of those probably aren't going to be much more power than the Fender, although most will have the option of going to four speakers rather than being locked into two. Another way you could look at going is something like the JBL Eon powered speakers (or Anchor Liberty if the idea of a built-in rechargeable battery sounds interesting) and then just "daisy-chaining" as many as you need together.
