Anyone see this yet? Shot on a DVX-100 with an unkown adapter. It was picked up by Dimension and it is the most awful DVD transfer I've ever seen. The footage is stuttery and the aspect ratio is f'ed up! Wow they got distribution... Makin' movies is getting to be like the music biz...everyone's a rapper or makes beats. I hope that this is Dimensions fault because I can't even watch the damn thing.

Edit:
Watching on my laptop after re-encoding. This is damn good flick for a 15k budget. The director is a Full Sail grad, he has a very polished style. I'm diggin'.

Oh yeah its a mini35 which I find in many shots to resemble the bokeh of the Letus X

I may be wrong, but I do believe the film-maker is on this board.

(also is it just me. or is full-sail a rip-off?)

Really? I wasn't sure as I could not find any info on the movie. As for Full Sail I can't call it. They definitely are chock full of gear goodies, but I don't know about their rep in the industry, and to me my four years at Ohio State were a rip off.
