Auto Levels/color is strobe :-(

I was making some CC tests and after I exported a video using "auto levels", "auto color" and "auto contrast" the footage got a weird flickering/strobe effect that makes the whole video unusable. I tried the same thing on Premiere and After Effects. Does anyone know why might this be happening?

Can you tell us something about the original footage? 24P? What version of Premiere Pro? Could this be the 24P bug that haunted PPro 1.x?

Maybe the auto function is constantly adjusting the video...showing a flicker. I've seen the effect using the same auto functions and had to scrap it and adjust it manually.

The footage was shot using a FX1 with CF25. I thought it might have something to do with it. I've done a lot of stuff with it, using different types of CC...but I was curious about the "auto" feature on Premiere Pro 2.0 and it came out all strobe/flickery (the same happens with AF 7). It's weird because the original footage is "perfect" and it works well with any other CC. The only problem is with auto leves/color/contrast. Sacksnak might be right.
