Authorized repair Insanity

I did the search here, I have gone to four panasonic sites, I have now called four different 1800#s, and listened to about 40 minutes of the finest elevator music. Before I completely blow a gasket at some poor customer service person, can you please tell me how to find an authorized repair facility in the Twin Cities.
