My main shotgun for the documentary I have been shooting has been the AT-875r. Use it as an on camera mic for ambient since it was designed to highly minimize handling noise.
Have also shot with it off of the boom many times, best value in all of microphonology, so cheap and so good sounding for the money. AT really did their homework for that mic.
