audio video syncronisation

When I export a 30 seconds film using media encoder as a quicktime movie, the sound comes a bit earlier than the video. Why do you think that is? If I export the movie uncompressed, there is no problem.

The film is not progressive but interlaced.

you have rendered it on a low res format, it means a low quality format. render it to avi first then render the avi file to the low res format that you like. it will fix your problem or try another media player
