Hi Guys,
A simple doubt pertaining to the audio track of a media clip on the timeline.
I have a video clip on the timeline. The audio counterpart of the video has a low volume. The waveforms highest peak itself is well within the lower limits of the track height. Which means i right click and select normalize and the highest peak in the waveform expands to the highest possible level in the track right ? But i have one clip alone which normalizes. But its highest peaks are still not touching the topmost possible point.
In simple terms a squeezed looking waveform should actually open out to its maximum on the track limits. But this particular sound clip expands only slightly. I examined the track closely to see if any smallest wave is probably invisible to the eye but hitting the highest point hence the rest of the track is unable to expand. But nothing like that was found.
What do you think might be going wrong here.
Thanks..
