Audio Technica AT8024, Azden SMX-30, or Rode Videomic Pro + Rode Stereo Videomic Pro

Hi everyone! I'm looking to come up with an audio solution for backup/scratch/lightweight audio + ambient recording for b-roll and right now my options have come down to:

  • Audio Technica AT8024 for both
  • Azden SMX-30 for both
  • Rode Videomic Pro + Rode Stereo Videomic Pro

Does anyone have experience with any of these options, and if so, would I be compromising a lot by going with the single AT/Azden mic over the two Rode mics? Also if there's any other good options for this use case I'd be happy to hear them (with the maximum budget being however much the two Rode mics would cost together)!
