Hello all
Once again, I require the help of the fine folks at DVXuser...
This is my first time editing on Premiere (CS6). I have created an assembly cut of some footage but so far only used the in-camera audio.
I want to start synching up the audio files to the video. I know there's an option to Merge Clips but this does not work for me since I want to be able to trim video and audio separately.
Can you advise what is the best, most efficient way to go about this? My idea is to just sync up the files in separate sequences and then just move the synched audio to my main edit in the timeline and just drop it there so I can continue with the editing, but is there a better way? Finding the exact in and out points all over again is a pain in the neck, since the TC don't match.
Again, I really really don't want to make all the edits again only to attach the audio. I know I may have botched this and should've used the correct audio from the start, but I just really wanted to make a quick rough cut and it was way faster just using in-camera audio at first.
Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!
