Audio Setup advice on Wedding

I have a dvx100b camera and has the senheiiser g2 wireless lapelle mic and a Rode NTG2 mounted on my dvx.

I will be shooting a wedding in the next couple of weeks and like to get some opinions on this forum in regards to using the two mics at the same time.

What I was planning to do was use the Rode NTG2 during the ceremony except during the vows where I will switch the senheisser lapelle g2 ON (ch1 -> senhh g2: and ch2 -> Rode NTG2)

The reason I am doing this is the priest won't agree to wear the senhh g2 lapelle mic and placing the lapelle on the groom or bride might be a problem in post if they make uneccessary whispers specially if they are in the middle of the ceremony. I can take the extra whispers during the ceremony vow itself but not during the whole ceremony.

Has anybody have a better way to do this?

what i do is mic the groom via wireless lapel dont worry about the bride cuz the clothing makes it hard to mic her anyway. use the shotgun mic for nat sounds on ch2 and i have a disc recorder to plug into the soundsystem so i get the podium and priest whether he wants to be miced or not i get him thru the sound system.
