Audio Rig for Boom Operator?

I would like to put together some kind of audio rig for my boom operator. What we have is a DIY boom pole, shotgun mic, zoom h2 (possibly upgrade to a h4n later) and a juicedlink cx231 preamp. I need a way for him to be mobile with the zoom and the cx231.

Is there any kind of boom pole mount, or waist mount for this, or has anyone ever buit or diy this type of project?

The objective of having all these separate items is so the boom operator could be mobile and away from the camera, I just need a way to keep these items secure. Thanks.

I threw together a little rig for someone that held a little 2ch phantom power supply and a small recorder. I'll see if I still have pictures kicking around later.

The CX231 should have two little metal loops that you could string a lanyard or neck strap through. Then, does the Zoom have threading for mounting on a tripod/mic stand? If so, you could use the threaded bolt on the top of the JuicedLink to mount the Zoom onto it.

Then they would just have a strap around their neck with the CX231+Zoom connected together.

I drew a very detailed diagram.

PM me if you've got any questions.
