I did some filming for a shoot and notice that the audio was 16 bit ,32,000 Hz when the camera (dvx100a) has never been changed from the setting 48,000Hz 16 bit setting that day I was using one channel internal and a wireless mic on the other channel and I did a wedding and the guy who was editing it (using avid) noticed that my audio was 12 bit but the camera has always been set on 48,000Hz 16 bit. Is there a reason for the strange audio rates when I use 2 different audio sources?
