Audio preview

I'm trying to align animated mouth movements to the audio layer but having extreme difficulty with this as you can only hear audio after you do the RAM Preview, is there any way to hear the audio when you change the position of the cursor on the timeline? Like in Premiere?

Ah thank you that worked :)
(much better suggestions then googles answer to just use another program)

Under:

Composition->Preview->Audio

Will check on audio preview.

Also, you can enable the wave form display to allow you to see 'audio' envelope to line up your visual sequences with.

AE is not the 'best' thing for audio editing, but it has enough to get most jobs done.
