Audio popping

Hey guys,

I have a project due late tonight and I'm having a major problem. Everything is perfect with the project (shot in 24p on a DVX), but when I export to tape, I get some intermittent popping. I moved all of the levels down and nothing is helping. What should I do!?!

P.S. I'm using adobe premiere
 
Sounds like a sample rate mismatch. Assuming your going digital. Make sure your outputing at the same sample rate the box is expecting (probably 48k) you also may have an unstable clock. If you can feed a digital reference to everybody that might help.
