Audio pop at beginning of clip?

Hey guys, quick Q

I've noticed on a few of my audio clips (attached to their respective video clips) have a low pop when they play. As I watch the CTI jump from one clip to the next there is a low pop/clip/crack when the new audio (w/ vid) is played. It doesn't happen every time. What causes this and how to do fix/prevent this? Is this caused by different audio levels between 2 clips, or a sound on the edit that I should remove, etc?

I think it's a bad audio transition. Apply the Constant Gain audio transition in the audio effects folder.
