Not sure if this is a sound question or editing one...so forgive me if I posted this in the wrong spot.
OK, I am a rank beginner at all of this and I posted about a homespun music video I made for a friend on the User Films section.

There was an issue I was hoping to get advice on how to prevent audio compression when trying to keep a singers lips in sync. I did ask it in the original thread but no one has replied.
Is this a audio question or a editing/formatting question? I am posting it in both spots to cover my bases.
Check the original thread for more detail if you can give some advice.
And keep in mind I seriously have no resources and this is home spun but I AM trying to self learn.
I'll respond on the original thread faster.
