I am trying to log and capture from my DVX100 but I am having issues with the audio.
the audio part of the Captured footage does not correspond with the video. It is way off.
The project is NTSC DV 48k as that is what I am loading in from camera.
I have checked the tape and there is time code so I don't know whats going on.
FCP will rewind/FF/play and stop the camera but it won't start the camera when I hit capture now.
The only way to get it to capture is if I hit play on the camera.
I thought that may be part of the problem.
The footage is about 45 minutes long. So I am not capturing a bunch of small clips.
any help would be greatly appreciated.
New as of last year Imac 4gig ram
gtech fire wire 800 scratch drive.
