Audio lag in CS3

I recently shot a live 2 camera dance production using the XHA1. I've been using the audio from both cameras to sync up to a pre-recorded soundtarck that matches the show exactly. I'm using CS3 to edit. When I got to the last song of the show the CD audio seems to slow slightly over the course of the song. You would never know listening to it but when you sync it up to the live audio you can definately tell the difference as the song goes on. It's a few beats behind by the end. Both audios from the cameras are exactly the same all the way through. But this brings up timing issues with matching up to the dance steps. The audio for the rest of the production matches the CD perfectly. Does anybody know why this is happening? and is there an easy fix?

It happens -- slight variations in playback between equipment. Chances are, the song is a constant speed, not slowing over the course of the song, and is just a micron slower than the song in the audio recording -- just getting further and further apart as the song goes on. It would be a matter of matching the song's speed to the recording speed, or remapping the video to the song speed.

thanks for the help. I appreciate it. Your right, it slowly gets worse as the song goes on. you can get it sync'd at first but its off in 16 bars again. How do I remap the time to fit one or the other? is it just a trial and error to to find the right speed of one to match the other? I get the idea and I can figure it out. I've just never had to do it before, so if there's tool for it or quick process you know of, that would help. thanks again.
