Audio issue

Hi,

Working on a project where we shot with a FS700.

After importing the media I have one clip that plays about 3 seconds in then repeats one sound over and over while the video continues to play. I rendered the clip/sequence thinking that was maybe it. That doesn't seem to do anything. After that I checked the card, and that particular clip plays back on the camera and in VLC fine. I'm a bit of a premiere newb having jumped over from FCP.

Has anyone had this happen? What can I do? Clip is supposed to go live tomorrow!

Tried one other thing ran the clips through 5d to RGB and it solved the problem. (was running while I was typing this!) that being said this is the first time I've had a problem with this and really don't want it to happen again. So any advice would be fantastic!
