audio from Mixpre-3 seems echoy

I'll try to fix the setup for future video: i'll try for other videos to be almost the whole body on the left of the image over a green screen and i would put the powerpoint in the background. Maybe it will be better.

(What do you mean patrickbaldwin? You have no problem and you don't even use pluraleyes with multicams?)
I use FCPX's built in synching for multi cams and I have not had one problem with it. Sometimes I open the angles, select an angle that is a bit out of synch, tell it to synch to the monitored audio and it has synched it perfectly. That is the extent of any problems. I record to a Sound Devices 722 so all four cameras are synched to that.
 
I don't know about FCP, but some NLEs and DAWs I have encountered, have a 'quantize to frame' option, if enabled audio clips can not be sync'd below the the frame level, which can be noticeable if two or more tracks are playing back concurrently. As well, some also have an auto 'snap-to' feature, so audio can be out significantly if set to 'seconds' for instance.
