Audio from 23.98 and 59.94

We had 2 cameras rolling (separate companies) of an interview. Our audio did not come out too good and the other friendly company offered to provide us with their audio.

This question may be silly, but since we filmed in 24p and they filmed in 60i, will it sync correctly?

Sound doesn't have a frame rate, so if your getting sound files they should be as close to sync as any two non locked devises. If they hand you footage you will probably want to strip the sound out since playing the footage at a different speed may well change the audio connected to it.
