Audio for RAW

Thinking about picking up the Fostex tomorrow.

Do you use it to gang start via infrared or wired? Just wanted to be clear: It does work with ML RAW video recording, right? And using ML RAW either the 5D can start the Fostex or vice versa using RAW shooting?


(sorry I am being so specific but I tried the CamRanger to remotely control the 5D and it DIDN'T work for raw shooting via ML!)
