Audio filters

I have a bad ass rubbing sound on a mic in a sound clip and I need to get rid of it.

Sound is not my main squeeze so if anyone knows the correct audio filter to use, please let me know.

Thanks

Realize you won't get rid of it and that will be your first step.

Why weren't you monitoring audio when recording?

Your best bet is to use a filter in Soundtrack that will match the sound and then mask it. Though I forget what it's called.

You'll find it.

Thats what I thought but just wanted to ask and make sure.

I wasn't the audio guy, I am the DP and making my own cut of a short.
