is there a way to put an effect on a voice that i've recorded for my movie. ex: i'm doing a scene in a parc and the 2 caracters are talking. i want to do the post syncho.. after that. i don't want my voice to look like it's coming from the mic directly. is there a way to put some effect to the voice to make it real like we were in the parc. not in a room where a recorded the voice. i want it to look real. i don't know if adobe premiere can do this or it's Steinberg Nuendo.. i need help.

Hmm...

The simpliest thing would be to get natural sounds of the park and put them with the voice over. That way, the park sounds can cover that distinct sound that recording in a room has.

I'm sure there are filters you can play around with. Someone else here might know better at that, but this is just a possible solution.
