I am editing a horror short where i need the character to speak in double voice.. basically one person inside another with some scary double voice.

I tried laying the same audio clip on multiple tracks but it did'nt work.

how do i achieve this using PP3?

would appreciate any help.

thanks

I'm not familiar with Premiere, but I do have it installed... it was just part of the package.

However, it sounds like you should be looking for an 'echo' effect which is applied to the original audio track, rather than attempting to mix the same track, 'time delayed'.

One reason to have a second track would be to apply a set of filters to the second track to say, give the second track a more hollow, or wyrd sound, than the main audio.

Since I don't have your project in front of me... I can't say in any more detail how to get something 'wyrd', for your effect.
