audio drift on long captures.

I captured about 40 minutes of HDV using cineform and imported it to vegas 6. by the end of the clip the video has drifted way off. Is that because it was a long capture? Normally I just caputer shorter clips and haven't had this problem. Is there a fix?

Yes, the trick is to alway capture with scene detection on. The scene breaks have extra audio, causing your sync issue.
