Audio applications

Ok, if I get EB4, what audio applications can anybody suggest that will work well with it...such as Audition, Sound Forge, etc...?

Andrew Clark,
Usually, audio applications like those you mentioned are stand alone programs. Both of those, I have tried, but I stuck with sound forge. Sony now owns it.
When working with Edius, what you need are good wav format audio at either 48khz or 44khz.
That mentioned, i must say that edius is rather low on audio features, such as filters. It does support VST plug ins, i havent been succesful yet on loading them into edius.
This fact doesn't discourage me from edius since I am used to the fact that there are tools for specific jobs, meaning, I do my Video in Video NLE apps and sound on separate audio editing apps.
Sound forge is good for me because of its rather simple interface and its vast plug in support. A must-have companion to sound forge is its Noise Reduction Plug in.
