Attaching Varizoom Stealth to shoulder mount handles?

I am going to be purchasing a shoulder mount soon (probably the indifocus areeba), and a varizoom stealth controller. Any of you think it would be possible to attach the varizoom in a good location on one of the handles for remote focusing?

I'm thinking just simple velcro, but I don't know if this idea is just inherently not right because I physically couldn't reach it. Hard to say.

The varizoom controllers have the ability to attach to something like a pan arm or a handle on a shoulder support so unless your hand grips are too large for the Varizoom, you won't need the velcro.
